We take great care in packing every order. In the rare case that your product arrives damaged, we will be happy to review your refund request. Please ensure you record a clear unboxing video before breaking the package seal, showing the product condition and any visible damage. Refunds can only be processed when the damage is clearly shown in the unboxing video.
